The tenant occupied 500 sq. m in the first office realized within the complex, an investment of Echo Investment which is located at Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw.
The contract with Audioteka is another step to an upcoming final of the commercialization process concerning the first stage of our investment. The building has been already rented in 85 per cent – says Paweł Milcarz, senior leasing manager in Department of Offices and Hotels, Echo Investment.
Audioteka is a mobile service which provides access to audiobooks. The company owns mobile applications intended for mobile devices in its product portfolio.
Park Rozwoju is a complex composed of two buildings. It offers 32 000 sq. m and it is equipped with a two-level underground garage and aboveground car park. Moreover, it has recreation and relaxation zones. Works related to the structure started in autumn 2012. The first building was opened in spring 2014. The group of tenants includes such companies as Schneider Electric, which rented 3 200 sq. m, and Ericsson, which occupies 3 600 sq. m of area. The second structure is a headquarters of Schneider Electric (3 800 sq. m) and Intergraph (1 200 sq. m).
The second stage of Park Rozwoju received the BREEAM Interim certificate with an Excellent grade in 2014 and the first stage received BREEAM Interim with a Very Good grade.
