Volkswagen Bank has been functioning on the Polish market since 1997. The fundamental activity of the company is financing of vehicles under the brands: Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Porsche and Volkswagen Użytkowe. Partnerships like Volkswagen Bank Poland, Volkswagen Leasing GMBH department in Poland and Volkswagen Serwis Ubezpieczeniowy will be renting over 4000 sq. m of area under the extended contracts for other 10 years. The companies were represented by the Cushman & Wakefield consulting company in the negotiations.

Rondo 1 is a modern office class A+ – one of the highest and most noticeable buildings in Warsaw. It reaches 41st floor – it is 194 m high. Rondo 1 is located at Rondo ONZ at the crossroads of Jan Paweł II and Świętokrzyska Streets. It is composed of two parts: commercial and garage as well as high tower intended for offices. The building offers 64 000 sq. m of office area certified in the LEED system with the Gold grade.
Rondo 1 offers office area class A+. Thanks to perfect location, which became even more attractive after the opening of the second line of metro, Volkswagen Bank decided to stay in the building.
