We are pleased to inform that we purchased a property right of a business premises with the area of over 4000 sq. m GLA owned by the BOŚ SA company in the building of Kaskada City. We conducted a credit agreement in order to finance the purchase and refinance a part of Kaskada City owned by PHN – said member of the board in Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA Władzimierz Stasiak.
The larger part of the purchased area (3720 sq. m) was rented in favor of Polimex-Mostostal Group SA which functions in the engineering, service, energy and petrochemical industry. We decided to conduct a 5-year lease contract with our new tenant – informed Mateusz Matejewski, vice-chairman of the board in PHN SA.
The Kaskada City office is located at Jan Paweł II 12 Avenue – in close proximity to Rondo ONZ and Palace of Culture and Science. There is also a metro station of the second line of Rondo ONZ situated ca. 50 m from the building, whereas the Central Station is located ca. 300 m from Kaskada City.
