Regus company is going to move into a new office in June this year. It will occupy jointly 900 sq. m on the 11th and 12th floor in K1 skyscraper. Therefore, there will be 90 new working places on the rented area in the highest Cracow office. The tenant was represented by Colliers International consulting company.

The owner of the real estate are such funds as Pramerica Real Estate Investors and WX Managment Services Sp. z o.o.
