The change of a restaurant is the answer of the building's owner for demands of tenants, signalized in a poll conducted among them in summer 2014. The menu will offer healthy and diverse food, including gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes.
The new canteen in WTT is one of numerous changes planned in WTT in the nearest months, which are aimed at increase in comfort and effectiveness of work for renting companies – explains Jarosław Pilch, Associate in Department for Office Area Letting in Savills, Tenant Representation, responsible for letting of office areas in WTT building. – All changes will be introduced in reply to conducted poll among tenants, making the offer of WTT even more adjusted to real needs of its employees.
Warsaw Trade Tower, a building located at Chłodna 51 Street in the neighborhood of the crossroads at Towarowa Street and Solidarności Avenue, is the third highest office in the Central and Eastern Europe. The structure has ca. 42 000 sq. m of office area class A on 39 office floors. Moreover, two additional technical floors are located above them. The tenants have at their disposal 300 parking places in underground garage, 11 elevators with the speed of 7 meters per second and many other service points like canteen, cafe, baker's, dry cleaner's, courier services and bilingual kindergarten.
Among tenants of Warsaw Trade Tower there are such companies as: AXA, MSD, Altkom, Grupa Azoty, American Express, BP, Mattel and Dago. The owner of the investment is Warsaw Trade Tower 2 Sp. z o.o. partnership, whereas the manager – Apollo-Rida Poland Sp. z o.o. partnership.
