New tenant of a business park, owned by Torus company, is MOL Europe partnership, which is an European branch of Japanese Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Ltd. container shipowner. The company hired 800 sq. m of space in Aurum office tower and is planning to arrange here its Shared Service Centre (SSC). The arrangement was made for a period of 5 years. During negotiations and building consulting the tenants were advised by CBRE experts.
New Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Danzig will be crucial in our activity, planning of load services, accounting processes and administrating of equipment in Europe. The choice of Tricity was not random. Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Ltd. is a big concern which operates in the industry of an international marine transport. The main headquarters of the partnership, functioning from 1884, is located in Tokyo. Within the whole group, 400 entities are functioning, which provide almost 10 000 work places all over the world.
