The new tenants occupied jointly 1000 sq. m of office area in the structure. Union Investment Real Estate company, which is the owner of the building, was represented by Knight Frank during the negotiations of the lease conditions, whereas EPCS was represented by JLL, and Coriant Poland – by Colliers International.
The long-term lease agreements were signed by EPCD, an exclusive distributor of Dior brand in Poland, and Coriant Poland, which is a deliverer of solutions for telephone network operators.
We are glad that in spite of a great competitiveness on the Warsaw market we managed to gain such tenants as a representative of Dior brand and Coriant Poland company. It is an evidence that Horizon Plaza building arouses a great interest. We hope that other companies which look for modern offices in a convenient part of Mokotów will soon join the group of tenants – said Maciej Skubiszewski, negotiator in Knight Frank.
Horizon Plaza is located in Warsaw Mokotów and it offers 35 000 sq. m of office area class A. The users may benefit from an underground car park with almost 600 parking places. Knight Frank company is responsible for the commercialization of the structure.
