Unilever has been occupying the office area in TETRIS Office Center in Katowice, which is dedicated to companies from BPO and IT sectors, since the beginning of May. The new address of the concern is Roździeńskiego 188c Avenue. The company rented office areas intended for a commercial office.
TETRIS Office Center is an investment which is being realized by Fortress Invest Sp. z o.o. It is located in a dynamically developing part of the city. We would like TETRIS Office Center to be a place dedicated to companies which search for a functional office in Katowice. We have an experience in realization of office and commercial projects, the examples of which are Porcelanowa 19 and Dąbrowskiego 22 in Katowice, or Aleja 22 in Sosnowiec. We want to use our experience in our newest project in order to create an office area which is friendly to its users – points out Zbigniew Dreja, Member of the Board in Fortress Invest Sp. z o.o. in Katowice.
The investment project of TETRIS Office Center has 8000 sq. m of office area of open space type. The structure offers 180 parking places as well as bicycle car park to its tenants. Moreover, there is a commercial and service center located in close proximity to the building.
