The new tenant will take up 1439 sq. m of space in the office block in Wrocław. The consulting company Cushman & Wakefield acted as an agent during the transaction.
Silver Forum is located on Strzegomska Street in Wrocław and offers 15 000 sq. m of rentable area on seven floors. The investment is characterised by a glazed arch of the facade. The building was built in 2007 and is a property of GE Real Estate Poland.
The relocation of Wrocław office of the company Gigaset Communications Polska took place within the same part of the city. The building Silver Forum in located in one of the most recognisable locations of office blocks in Wrocław, on Strzegomski Square, which directly adjoins one of the largest thoroughfare of the city, Legnicka Street, said Michał Galimski, Office Department of Cushman & Wakefield.
The company Gigaset Communications Poland is a manufacturer of systems and solutions for telecommunications and telematics. The offer of the company includes, among others, fixed-line telephones dedicated both to individual customers as well as business customers. In Wroclaw Gigaset develops the products from the company’s portfolio and employs 100 employees.
The purpose of changing the location of the office was to provide common work surface for all departments of the company, which has been achieved through the organisation of offices on a single floor. Additional benefit for Gigaset were significant savings in the costs of office space. Research and development department in the company Gigaset will now work in the open space offices, instead of the previous cabinet model, explained Michał Galimski.
The company has taken up the offices in Silver Forum since February 2014.
