Nordea finance group has made a decision to create second operations center in Łódź. It will take 1 400 msq of space in Łódź 1 office building and will be open by the end of 2013. Knight Frank counseling agency represented the owner during the transaction.
Operations Center Nordea is a part of Scandinavian Group Nordea. It will provide important services to the group, such as: back-office service, internal settlements, accountancy, and IT purchases. English is the language used in the Łódź located center. Now, Operations Center Nordea employs over 400 workers in Łódź and Gdynia. Growth in the number of employees is included in company’s plan for 2014.
