New tenants will together rent over 1,000 m2 of the modern office space. During the transaction they were represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, and the owner was represented by experts from Knight Frank.
The building offers about 6,500 m2 of A class space and is located on the intersection of Aleja Piłsudskiego and Sienkiewicza street, in the city centre. Near the building there are transportation stops, and the guests can use up to 130 parking spaces. Nearby there is Galeria Łódzka, guaranteeing access to commercial and gastronomic spaces.
We are very happy that Hawkeye and OSTC chose Łódź 1 as their new residence. It has been only a few months since the building was left by the previous tenant and now we have ¼ of space rented with new tenants who already moved there. We are in the middle of negotiations with more companies and it seems that soon we will have more tenants – says Paweł Lothammer, Associate Director of Agencja Komercyjna Knight Frank.
Hawkeye is an international company from the business service sector, which provides advanced IT and marketing solutions. It works with such companies as Microsoft, Cisco, HP and Fujitsu, and in the building it will rent about 755 m2. The other tenant is OSTC Poland, who will move to 330 m2. It is a global trading company, specialising in trade of products from the majority of assets classes on international stock exchanges. In March, an international advising company – KPMG – also declared lease of Łódź 1 space.
The development of Łódź’s office real estate market is mainly due to companies from the modern business services sector, not only these which start working in the city, but also the ones which, due to the expanding of the activity, are looking for are bigger, modern and elastic places, offering high comfort and the possibility of further development. A good example of that is Hawkeye company – comments Jakub Sylwestrowicz, Head of Tenant Representation Associate Director in Jones Lang LaSalle.
