Lately we have successfully finished the process of office space lease in technologically advanced Adgar Plaza buildings. For some time we have been looking for other attractive places in Warsaw. Our strategy is to invest in profitable real estate assets. We were interested in objects, which market value could be risen thanks to our experience and knowledge of modern technology – such was the case of 360o office building in Tel Aviv or Adgar Business Centre in Warsaw. Now we are planning the future of Ochota Office Park, we want to modernise the building and existing systems. We started a collaboration with a famous design company, Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci and with Jones Lang LaSalle company. We already started a lease of the office space. We will disclose more information when our plans will be accepted – says Eyal Litwin, Country Manager of Adgar in Poland.
