The company LHI sp. z o.o., the investor of Nowy Dom Jabłonowskich, signed two lease agreements for office space in Nowy Dom Jabłonowskich in Warsaw. This means that the builidng will be leased in 90%. The company DTZ represented the owner in the transaction process.
Kazar is a company that operates in the fashion industry and is known for footwear and leather goods manufacturing. The company is going to occupy 25 m of the second floor. Apart from offices there will be a place for a showroom where new collections will be presented.
“We have chosen Nowy Dom Jabłonowskich for our new head office because of the special character of not only the building, but also of the whole Chmielna Street which is currently going through positive changes. This street has a chance to become the main commercial street in Warsaw, as it used to be before the WWII,” says Artur Kazienko, the President and owner of Kazar.
Wealth Solutions is a financial institution which manages alternative investments. The company allows its customers to allocate assets in private equity funds and luxury goods. The company is to occupy the half of the fourth floor.

Nowy Dom Jabłonowskich is located on the distinctive corner of Bracka and Chmielna Streets. It offers 4 500 sq m of office space on the six storeys. In the building companies such as Polkomtel (which arranged a shop for Plus GSM mobile network), a chamber BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak, APAX Consulting Group, Polish Investment Fund and an architecture agency SUD Architectes have their head offices.
“We are satisfied with cooperation with DTZ, and therefore this particular company represents us in commercialization process of our second investment, the office and warehouse building Chmielna 25, which is being built close to Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich,” says Robert Mandżunowski, CEO at LHI.
“We are conducting negotiations on the lease both of last modules in Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich and office and warehouse spaces in the building Chmielna 25. The opening of Chmielna 25 will take place in August this year,” adds Wojcieh Kania, the Commercial Proxy at LHI sp. z o.o.
