Booking.com is a Dutch company from tourism sector. It offers an Internet service mediating between hotels and customers. The website is available in 41 languages and owned by Priceline.com. The company will occupy 200 sqm in office building Nowe Herbewo. It will be its second premises in Poland – the first is located in Grzybowska Park in Warsaw.

So far, it has occupied 900 sqm in Centrum Biurowe Vinci. The European main technological centre of Akamai will be located in a newly acquired space that will increase the present one by 500 sqm
Centrum Biurowe Vinci has total space of 28.000 sqm and was opened in 2010. The office building offers 14 floors, including 2-storey underground garage. The object was awarded by Polish Union of Construction Engineers and Technicians and the Ministry of Infrustructure as the first-class public facility in Construction of the Year 2010 contest.
Mazars is an international and integrated organisation specialised in auditing and accounting services, tax and financial consulting. It will take up 262 sqm in M65 Meduza office building. In the vicinity of Cracovia Business Center, Nowa Kamienica, Centrum Biurowe Lubicz and key public institutions. In the transaction with Mazars Poland, the owner of the building was represented by FISHEYE agency.
