Imtech Polska has signed a deal for lease of 7 000 sqm. of area in a Warsaw's Eurocentrum Office Complex - the company is going to occupy five highest floors of building Gamma. The structure located on Jerozolimska Ave. is the property of Capital Park Group. The transaction was being mediated by Cushman & Wakefield consulting agency.
Eurocentrum Office Complex design's author is a renowned architectural studio PRC Architekci. The architectural concept is consistent with sustainable construction standards. Thanks to that the structure applying for LEED has already recieved a precertification issued by USGBC.
