Orange Office Park will consist of three Office buildings and a multi-storey car park. All the buildings will be designed in agreement with the office standard of the A Class. What is more, the supermarket Piotr i Paweł, a shopping mall and a café will be at workers’ disposal.
The orange complex will be situated between the streets Nowohucka, Klimeckiego, Niwy and Kiełkowskiego in Kraków. The first stage of the investment will entail building the office Block Amsterdam. This building will have over 9.000 sq.m. of the office area gross and about 2,500 sq.m. trade area gross. The multi-storey garage will offer about 558 parking places. The building has been designed in response to the idea of sustainable building industry. The investor is trying to obtain the certificate in BREEAM system.
The first stage of building is going to be initiated in the third quarter of the current year. Amsterdam is to be put into use by the end of next year. In the second and third stage of the building, the office blocks Rotterdam and Den Hague will be built. They will offer about 15 000 sq.m. of office area gross.
The investor of the project is East-West Development Office Sp. z o.o. – a special purpose vehicle represented by the company MC Real Property. The key investments of the Dutch include buildings in the Netherlands and Belgium. In Poland, the Dutch have operated since 2005, preparing among others, Galeria Korona in Kielce, housing estate Biedrusko near Poznań and a residential district in Bibice near Kraków.
The agency Fisheye Properties is responsible for the commercialization of the investment.
