On October 14th the topping out ceremony has been held in Opera Office building in Gdańsk. It was the official end of the construction works and the building has been commissioned. If further works go according to the schedule adopted by Euro Styl, the first tenants will be able to move into the building in July 2012.
Radosław Serocki, project manager of Opera Office, informed: Currently, works on the installation of aluminum-glass woodwork and the elevation works are in course. The installation of interior systems and of the so-called “small architecture” has started. The heating system has been installed in the building, which will facilitate the works even in bad weather conditions.
Jones Lang LaSalle is the sole commercialization consultant of the investment situated on Aleja Zwycięstwa. The agency has succeeded to conclude first rental agreements. The details of next contracts are being negotiated.
