Construction of new terminal at Wroclaw airport will be completed in March. The new terminal should be of interest to tourists and investors. In the spring the capacity of the airport will increase to 3 million passengers annually. The target capacity of the port is 7 million passengers per year.
New terminal may become a strong asset for agglomeration of Wroclaw. Execution of the target cost about 300 million zł. The new terminal is two times larger than the currently used. Its greatest advantage is the high standard of service comparable to the largest ports in Europe – said Dariusz Kuś, president of Wroclaw Airport. The terminal is an asset in negotiations with several investors, for whom access to air services is a key factor in planning development strategies. – said Tomasz Gondek of Wroclaw Agglomeration Development Agency.

Offer includes flights to Warsaw and Gdansk, flights in business class to Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Copenhagen - hubs connected to all major cities in the world. Recently the airport became the first in Poland and second in Central and Eastern European base for Ryanair. The carrier will launch its technical facilities in Wroclaw at the end of March and also will provide seven new flights.
