Marta Lenarczyk, Project Leader of SPIE Poland, will discuss optimization of operating costs in office buildings with the use of BMS. KNX Professionals will present the investment process during the expert lecture with the justification of the subject concerning building automatics. The conference will cover the following issues: project plan, selection of solutions to equipment, product selection, cost analysis and application of certain solutions. The participants will also join in the expert panel conducted by speakers from BIM Point – a pioneer in a process approach to investments. The integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) from BMS will be thoroughly discussed during the lecture.
The participants will be presented with global trends, including the lecture of special guest John D. Petze, Managing Director of Project-Haystack.org, on “Reveal Data Potential from Systems – Introduction to Haystack Project and Data Modeling in BMS Building Management Systems and Energy Management Systems.”
