The new location will become the head office of the Credit Agricole Bank and the European Leasing Fund. Moreover, it will be also the head office of CA Ubezpieczenia. Credit Agricole was represented by the advisors of CBRE during the negotiation process.
Credit Agricole Bank belongs to the group of the largest tenants in Business Garden situated in Warsaw. We are very glad that such a prestigious company trusted us again and chose a project in Wrocław for its new headquarters. It is the best recommendation for our Business Garden complex as well as the confirmation that it meets all needs of even the most demanding tenants. I am also convinced that the implementation of the next and the last stage of this investment in Wrocław will be completed within the planned period and our client will be able to move into this new office in the second half of 2019 – says Roger Andersson, Managing Director of Vastint Poland.
We decided to consolidate office space of Credit Agricole Group in Wrocław and thus strengthen the synergy. We believe that this modern working environment will have a positive impact on our innovativeness and productivity and it will attract new talents.
