ILF Consulting Engineers Poland is one of the leading engineering design and consulting companies. It has recently renewed its lease contract for ca. 4200 sq. m in Poleczki Business Park. ILF Consulting Engineers Poland was represented by the experts of JLL during the negotiation process with UBM (developer of the building).
The Warsaw’s office market develops very dynamically, and many new projects are commissioned every year. However, it is worth pointing out that the existing investments in trusty and good locations still create trust among tenants due to the flexibility of developers and attractive rent rates – says Izabela Metrycka, consultant in Department of Tenant’s Representation, JLL.
Poleczki Business Park is a complex of the total size amounting to ca. 80 000 sq. m. It is composed of six existing office buildings. Except for modern and flexible offices, the project is characterized by a widely developed service offer including e.g. a restaurant, café, kindergarten and post office. The building is located in the neighborhood of Puławska Street in the southern part of Warsaw. Such location in close proximity to the roads leading out of the city, the ring road of Warsaw, the Chopin Airport, as well as numerous stops of public communication and own bicycle station – Veturilo – is one of the main assets of Poleczki Business Park.
