BGŻ BNP Paribas signed a lease contract with Yareal, according to which the bank is to occupy 22 000 sq. m, that is 80 per cent of the entire building. It is to be placed on the plot which is owned by Yareal at the crossroads of Kasprzaka and Karolkowa Streets.

The new building is to be the next investment of the company after its major project, which is currently being realized in the city center, that is Nowogrodzka Square. Nowogrodzka Square is a small office building of the size amounting to 11 500 sq. m with a wide green passage, which is being realized on the plot between Aleje Jerozolimskie and Nowogrodzka Street.
The eco-friendly character of the investment is to be confirmed with the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The project of the building was devised in the Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci architectural studio.
