HOCHTIEF Poland signed a contract for building of four new office and retail buildings in the Praga Koneser Center in place of the former Warsaw Vodka Factory "Koneser". The value of the contract has not been revealed. Buildings F, H, O and P are to be realized in the commercial part within the contract. They will have 2-6 aboveground tiers and three underground tiers. The construction works are to start in November this year by the Warsaw Department of HOCHTIEF Poland. The planned completion of works is envisaged on December 2017. The buildings realized by HOCHTIEF Poland are to deliver 32 000 sq. m within the aboveground part.
The Praga Koneser Center is a project which includes both revitalization and giving new functions to the former Warsaw Vodka Factory "Koneser". The commercial part of the project offers 20 000 sq. m intended for commercial, service, gastronomic and cultural functions, whereas 25 500 sq. m are to be occupied by offices. The investor of the project is Centrum Praskie Koneser Sp. z o.o., which is a limited partnership in which Liebrecht & wooD Poland Sp. z o.o. and BBI Development NFI SA have their shares. Additionally, the Moxy Warsaw Praga hotel, conference and event center as well as the first Museum of Polish Vodka in the world are to be realized in the complex. Campus Warsaw – the first support center for start-ups in Central and Eastern Europe signed by Google has been operating in the center since November 2015.
