Wołoska 24 – an office building realized by Ghelamco Poland – was awarded BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. Wołoska 24 is a project that was planned in accordance with the principles of sustainable development from the very beginning and also for comfort of future users. Wołoska 24 received 77.18 per cent in the certification process conducted by Sweco Consulting, which gives the investment the second place among office structures with BREEAM Excellent in Poland.
Ghelamco owns nearly 320 000 sq. m of office space certified in the BREEAM system in Poland, including three structures at the very high Excellent level. It is worth mentioning that the company was awarded BREEAM for Trinity Park III in 2010 as the first developer operating on the Polish market. T-Mobile Office Park – commissioned in 2013 – is the first office investment in Poland which was awarded BREEAM at the very high Excellent level. Together with Wołoska 24, the Belgian developer owns 9 offices in its portfolio with the BREEAM certificate (Trinity Park III, Katowice Business Point, Crown Square, Mokotów Nova, Senator, T-Mobile Office Park, Łopuszańska Business Park and Warsaw Spire).
Wołoska 24 is being realized in the Warsaw Mokotów district. The investment will offer around 21 000 sq. m of office space located on 11 tiers. There will be commercial and service premises on the ground floor of the building, the total area of which will amount to 800 sq. m.
