Concept Tower in Warsaw was awarded LEED certificate at the Gold level. Thus, it is the first office structure on the domestic market with two most popular ecological certificates: LEED and BREEAM.
JLL consulting company was responsible for the certification process of the structure in both systems. Concept Tower is a modern office with such solutions applied during designing and building that minimize the influence of the structure on the natural environment. Thanks to windows and elevations with high thermal isolation, modern air conditioning systems as well as local materials from recycling, the energy consumption in the building was reduced. Concept Tower is the first building in Poland which may boast about both LEED Gold and BREEAM certificates – says Regina Gul, LEED AP, BREEAM Assessor, BREEAM In-Use Auditor, Senior Project Manager, JLL.
The list of ecological solutions applied in Concept Tower includes e.g. water-saving batteries and sanitary devices, energy-saving air conditioning as well as ventilation systems and finishing materials with low volatile organic compounds.
Concept Tower is situated at Grzybowska Street in close proximity to Rondo Daszynskiego metro station. The office is a 15-tier glazed tower dominating over the surrounding development. All tenants of the building may benefit from a 3-level underground car park with 101 parking places for cars. The investment offers around 8 500 sq. m of office space, which is currently totally rented.
