No building in Poland has ever been submitted to a double certificate before. Concept Tower is going to beat this record. However, to fulfill all the requirements it had to prove itself to be energy efficient, be built out of eco - matrials and pollut the environment as little as possible.
Concept Tower is going to be one of the most modern office buildings in Warsaw. A prestigious double certificate increases the value of the building which automatically means additional benefits both for the investors and for the tenants - which are: the increase of the overall value of the real estate, higher level of attractiveness of offices, or the lower cost of running the building - said Rafal M . 8845 sq. meters of commercial and office space will be built in this investment of Concept Development Group. Concept Tower will have 15 storeys, where 6th and 7th will additionally have 'green terraces'.
