An office complex realized on the so called Serek Wolski (that is a triangular plot located between Solidarności Avenue, Towarowa and Wolska Streets) in Warsaw is another office investment, the realization of which is planned by Skanska Property Poland.
According to the initial information given by the company, three buildings are to be realized within the planned complex. The highest one will reach 130 meters. The total office space of the complex will amount to 70 thousand sq. m.
The complex will be realized within three stages. The first one will consist in realization of a building with the size of 14 thousand sq. m. The second one will include an office designed on the plan of the letter "H". The investor envisages realization of the highest building within the third stage.
The project of the investment is being devised by architects from Kuryłowicz & Associates studio. The new building will be certified in the LEED system at the Platinum level.
