Warsaw office investment Centrum Królewska was awarded BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Very Good level in two categories: Building Management and Asset Performance. First and foremost, the structure was appreciated for the aspect of using ecological materials, care about comfort and well-being of employees as well as issues related to waste management and transport. The owner of the office was supported by international consulting agency Cushman & Wakefield during the certification process. Centrum Królewska is an office structure class A situated in the city center of the capital at Marszałkowska 142 Street. There are nearly 11 000 sq. m of usable space in the building. The investment offers 110 parking places located on 2 underground tiers. There is an entrance hall, reception and department of Bank Zachodni WBK on the ground floor. Office premises, in turn, are situated on the floors from 1 to 13. The project of the building was devised in the Kurylowicz & Associates architectural studio.
