A ceremonial hanging of a symbolic perch on the Maraton office, which is being realized by Skanska Property Poland in Poznań, was held on 10th March this year. The special guests were representatives of Investor Service Office of the City Hall.
Nearly 14 months ago we were celebrating commencement of the building and today we may admire the complete construction of it on the first stage. We are convinced that after completion Maraton will be an important place in Poznań favoring development of young people and the whole city, which is currently one of the strongest economic areas across Poland. While designing Maraton we mainly decided to take care about quality of work environment and comfort of its users – Łukasz Kaleciński, Regional Director of Skanska Property Poland, says.
Works at the construction site of the investment are being conducted in accordance with the schedule. The hanging of the perch was held 9 months before planned completion of the building envisaged at the end of 2016. At present, realization of the project is entering another stage of works related to installation of the building's elevation.
Maraton is being realized at Królowej Jadwigi Street in Poznań. The building will offer jointly 25 000 sq. m of leased area to its tenants.
