Starting a business activity on the market in Tricity as well as expansion outside the city center on the area of the capital – these are new development directions of Skanska Property Poland within the nearest years. Thanks to our successes in regional cities such as Cracow, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań and Katowice, we decided to realize a project on the market in Tricity. We have bought a plot in Gdańsk and we have long-lasting plans related to that particular city. While talking with our clients we also notice a strong interest in locations outside the business city center in Warsaw. Therefore, we are planning to launch our first project in the location outside the very heart of CBD this year – Arkadiusz Rudzki, Managing Director in Skanska Property Poland, says.
Development of a business strategy by new markets is also related to organizational changes in the company which include employment of a new chairman for lease and management of buildings' value. The former post of Arkadadiusz Rudzki, from now on new Managing Director of the company, will belong to Ewelina Kałużna.
Dynamical development of the office business of Skanska in the country as well as the necessity of bigger specialization on certain markets made that teams responsible for office projects in Poland were divided into three regions – northern market, which includes Łódź, Poznań and Tricity, Warsaw market, and southern region, which includes Cracow, Wrocław and Katowice. The team for lease will be also adjusted to the needs of regions.
Thanks to extending organizational structure of Skanska Property Poland, we will concentrate our activities on the bigger specialization of the leasing team which will allow us to be even closer to clients and build as well as maintain long-term relations with them – Arkadiusz Rudzki says.
