Works at realization of Porto Office in Cracow have just started. The complex will be composed of two modern office buildings class A. A four-tier building B will be realized within the first stage of the investment. It will be built on the plan of the letter L and its size will amount to about 5500 sq. m of modern lease area. The commission of the building is planned on March 2017. Moreover, a building with the size of about 7 100 sq. m will be realized within the second stage which is currently in the phase of planning.
The investment is being realized in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction, which will be confirmed with a proper certificate. According to the investor, the project was officially registered as a candidate to the LEED Gold certificate.
The complex is located in the Dębniki district on a plot which is situated in the neighborhood of the area characterized by low development and a lot of greenery. Additionally, bicycle paths leading to the complex and changing rooms with showers for bicyclists will be located in the building as well as points for charging electric cars in the underground garage.
