The office, which is being realized by Skanska Property Poland in close proximity to ONZ roundabout in Warsaw, reached its target height. The investment started in April last year. The construction of the building has been already completed. At present, technical facilitations are being installed at the highest tier. Works related to the montage of elevation are being continued at the same time. After completion of the final stage, fit-out works will be finished on the area intended for the first tenant of the building – that is DLA Piper, which signed a lease contract for 4000 sq. m of office area in September this year. The completion of construction works is planned on March 2016.
Atrium 2 has 15 aboveground and 4 underground tiers. Moreover, 125 parking places for tenants are envisaged in the building. The office is going to offer 20 000 sq. m of lease area. The investment will be certified in the LEED system at the Platinum level. At present, there are only 10 office buildings which received such a high level in this system in Poland.
The project of the office was devised in PRC Architekci studio. The general contractor of the building is Skanska SA and Skanska Property Poland is responsible for commercialization of the structure.
