Another office project of Skanska Property Poland is going to be realized at Szczytnicka 11 Street in Wrocław. Green 2Day office will deliver 17 000 sq. m of office area to the market. The structure will be composed of 7 aboveground and 2 underground tiers with 231 parking places for vehicles. The building of the project is going to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017. Wrocław has been always an important city to us and thus we decided to realize here the greatest number of investments on regional markets in Poland. Green 2Day is a continuation of our presence in Wrocław – says Mariusz Krzak, Regional Director in Skanska Property Poland.
The name of a new office refers to an adjacent office building Green Day, which is located at Szczytnicka 9 Street. That planned office is the next step to revitalization of Szczytnicka Street. The realization of a complex with Green Day will also contribute to organization of an urban situation and it will complement development of a pedestrian passage, which is a natural extension of Mikołaj Sęp Szarzyński Street connecting Par Tołpy with the waterfront of the Oder River – says Zbigniew Maćków from Maćków Pracownia Projektowa Sp. z o.o., responsible for the project of the building.
Green2Day was designed in such a way to receive the LEED certificate at the Gold level. Many green solutions will be applied in the structure, e.g. solutions which reduce the energy consumption by 25 per cent and the water consumption by 45 per cent in relation to existing local norms. The general contractor of the investment is Skanska SA. The architectural project was prepared by Maćków Pracownia Projektowa Sp. z o.o. and Skanska Property Poland is responsible for commercialization of the project.
