Echo Investment SA sold a complex of office buildings for 32,13 mln euro.
Pridehold is the new owner of the office buildings. The agreement covered the sale of the perpetual usufruct of land of a total surface of 11 870 msq, situated on the Wybrzeże Gdańskie street, Żoliborz, Warszawa. The sale included office buildings of 22 179 msq surface.
According to Echo Investment, the assets acquired in the course of this transaction will fund the new investments that are currently being planned.
