Philips signed a lease contract of 259sqm in an office complex Francuska Office Center building in Katowice in June 2010. Leaseholders will be sectors of Philips Lighting and Philips Healthcare. New leaseholder was represented by an international commercial property consulting company Cushman & Wakefield during the transaction.
Francuska Office Centre is a modern complex finalized by Globe Trade Centre S.A. in Katowice, on Francuska 34 Street. Investment is located in the middle of emerging business-retail centre. Complex consists of two seven-tiered building of Class A, which offer totally 21.500 sqm of office space. First building of Office Centre Francuska was put into operation in May 2010.
