The investment is planned in the strict city center of the capital between Chmielna and Żelazna Streets, Jerozolimskie Avenue and Jan Paweł II Avenue on the plot with the area of 2 ha. The enterprise envisages realization of development above the railway track. Moreover, the plan includes a building of office as well as commercial and service area. The hotel function is still being considered.
„Centralna Park” may be one of the most interesting developer projects realized by PKP Group – says Piotr Ciżkowicz, member of the board in PKP SA. – The investment will allow to complete a foregoing urban structure in this part of Warsaw and it will influence on improvement of aesthetics of the area. The main asset of the project is attractive location of this developed property – its proximity to Warszawa Centralna railway station, metro station and the most important circulation areas.
The crucial structure within the Centralna Park conception is a 200-meter skyscraper which is supposed to arise at the crossroads of Jerozolimskie Avenue and Jan Paweł II Avenue. Centralna Park, which is planned to be functionally connected with Warszawa Centralna railway station and station of Warsaw Commuter Railway, would be an external waiting room and relaxation place for inhabitants. The project envisages green passages, atriums, public squares, promenade for pedestrians, and gardens.
At present, the investment is being planned. Its estimated value amounts to 350 million euro. The realization may start in 2018. The enterprise will be correlated with renovation of a cross-city line.
