The several times awarded structure, which is located at Lubicz Street in Cracow, arouses a great interest among commercial tenants and people who purchase apartments. Ca. 95 per cent of flats built in the first stage of the investment have been already sold and 90 per cent of areas intended for offices and services have gained tenants.
Lubicz Brewery is located 800 meters from Cracow market. It is a multifunctional office, residential and service complex which is being built in place of a former brewery. The design of Cracow MOFO Architekci company combines renovated XIX century buildings with a modern development. As a target, the investment will offer over 300 flats with the total area of 51 000 sq. m, 7 000 sq. m of which will be intended for offices and ca. 6 300 sq. m – for commercial and service activity. The inhabitants will be able to benefit from 360 parking places on the area of the complex.
This’s year mild winter certainly made the construction works easier. At present, four residential structures are being built in Lubicz Brewery. It is the second stage of the building of the housing estate. Except for apartments, there will be also a small office building signed with the letter G. Its area will total 4 2000 sq. m.
The general contractor of Lubicz Brewery is Warbud company. Moreover, among tenants there are such companies like Codewise, PKO BP, Piotr i Paweł delicatessen, Lubicz Brewery – a partnership which will open a mini-brewery in Dawna Słodownia building, and Hungary Consulate General, which was opened in Goetze Palace.
