According to document, 120 000 sq. m of office area as well as hotels, apartments and services will be located between Łódź Fabryczna railway station and New Center of Łódź (EC1) within few years.
It may seem that it is a lot, however, the example of Wrocław proves that it is not. In a longer perspective, I see a possibility of filling such area with tenants, especially that it is a plan for many years and it will be realized gradually.
