Capital Park Group established cooperation with Polish young artists. Their works complement a decoration in areas of both investments owned by the partnership.

The first works – three reliefs, made by Maciej Pakalski, graduate from Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw – may be admired in the hall of Eurocentrum Office Complex. As a target, the complex will be decorated with seven reliefs made from wood, mirror glass and ecological materials referring to the character of this ecological building.

In the future, the art connoisseurs will be able to admire the collection of modern plastic arts in the hall of Royal Wilanów – an office project, the building of which will be completed in August 2015 and also in revitalized former Norblin factory, in which there will be i.a. a collection of platters – a souvenir after great times of Norblin factory.

The purchase concerning works of art, which will be exposed in crucial investments of Capital Park, is another step for us towards creating their unique atmosphere. The modern art complements a rich offer dedicated to users of these structures – says Kinga Nowakowska, Operational Director in Capital Park.

The entity which is responsible for the realization of reliefs in Eurocentrum Office Complex is Stricte Magda Jaworek company, specialized in creation of art collections for companies and institutions as well as individual orders for art collectors. The company is currently realizing its next project in Royal Wilanów building.

Maciej Pakalski, the author of works, was born in 1983. He is a graduate from Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, laureate of many prestigous prizes, including i.a. ENTRY (2011), SIEMENS (2010) and prize named after Prof. Józef Szajny (2010). Moreover, Pakalski received a scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage (2009/2010). The author creates complicated and spatial pictures composed of hundreds of elements. His works sign themselves into the current of a geometric abstraction.

Eurocentrum Office Complex is another office structure which has been recently decorated with art works. The murals in a street art style, which depict pioneers of science, culture and sport, were made by four students and graduates from the Academy of Fine Works in Łódź: Natalia Grabowska, Bolesław Godziński, Marcin Wilkoszewski and Maciej Bielewicz. The works decorate walls in Łódź headquarters of Ericpol company. In the area of Technopark Pomarania, in turn, artist-painter Wojciech Koniuszek and artist-sculptor Monika Szpener are creating their paintings and sculpture, whereas in newly opened AVIA office in Cracow – the photographs made by Florian Müler were exposed. The interesting concept is also a new lobby in Warsaw Financial Center office – it is decorated with a video wall, composed of 24 screens, on which different contents created by Polish and foreign artists are displayed.
