Currently being constructed on the grounds of current train station and its closest neighborhood is Zintegrowane Centrum Komunikacyjne Poznań Główny ( Integrated Communication Center Poznań Główny). Under this investment a modern, azure construction is being erected, covering new PKP and PKS Station, public transport's tram stop, as well as office structures, parking lots, a hotel and a mall. In the first stage of the investment a new PKP station is being built, it's cost is going to be around 110 PLN. These works begun in 1st half of 2011 and are to be finished by the middle of year 2012, before UEFA Football Championship.
The new transportation hub, shopping senter, office structures, parking lot and hotel are going to be created on a plot of land with an area of 9 ha. They make the second stage of the investment. The investors are PKP SA as well as TriGranit company. The entire investment is worth around 160 million Euro. The undertaking is going tb finished in year 2013.
