The fact that other Belgian company from the logistic and industrial property industry is joining OKRE Development company, which functions in Poland, indicates gaining new competences in the area of obtaining new developer projects in all sectors of company’s activity.
Maciej Lewandowski, a chief executive officer who has been working in HB Reavis and Skanska Property Poland before, joined the governing bodies of the company on 1st January 2015. He has been closely related to a property market for 17 years. Moreover, Ronnie Richardson will still be a chairman in OKRE Development till the end of the current year due to reaching a retirement age. He will be transmitting his duties gradually.
OKRE Development has been functioning in Poland since 1994 concentrating on developer projects considering the office and residential sector. Currently, Warsaw GreenWings Offices and Grójecka Offices are the most important office enterprises of the company.
