Wołoska 24 is another investment owned by Ghelamco which is currently arising in Warsaw Mokotów – next to Mokotów Nova building at Wołoska Street. Its realization started in August 2014 and it will last probably till the Ist quarter of 2016. The structure will provide ca. 21 000 sq. m of modern office area on 10 floors and ca. 800 sq. m of commercial and service space on the ground floor. The investment is being built in accordance with principles of BREEAM certificate.
