The task of a new department will be a general execution of buildings from cubature construction, including offices, public administration buildings, shopping and entertainment centers, hotels, residential buildings, sport and industrial complexes along with their infrastructure. So far, only an engineering department of the company has been located in Gdańsk.
We notice a number of new development possibilities due to a long presence in the region. The strategic location, perfect staff resources and a large investment potential favor development of services in the area of a cubature construction – says Radosław Kaflowski, Building Department Director in Gdańsk, Skanska. The key element of our activity is loyalty. Moreover, a dynamically increasing potential of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, very good effects of work of our teams in the region caused that Skanska considered establishing the second permanent structure of the company in the voivodeship – adds.
The establishment will be successively developing its structures and hiring new employees. Currently, we are on the first stage of building a new department. However, we are actively looking for workers on such positions as i.a. project manager, site manager, handyman or specialist for offering – explains Radosław Kaflowski.
