Works connected with the building of a new Warsaw investment of Griffin Group will begin this month. The completion of the investment, however, is planned for 2016. The realization of Koszyki Hall will consume approximately 80 mln euro. Furthermore, the permit issued by the Warsaw authorities is final.
We will start the building soon. The negotiations with banks concerning project financing have already ended. We also conduct advanced talks about tenancy of commercial and office parts of the complex – informs Przemysław Krych, chairman of Griffin Group.
The project, consulted with a metropolitan preservationist, envisages restoration of a historic gate, two gate annexes, administrative building and also reconstruction of a Hall’s main structure. Moreover, three office objects class A will be built in the surroundings of the Hall. The investment will provide 21 000 sq. m of office and commercial areas to the Warsaw market altogether. New Koszyki will combine 6000 sq. m of commercial area, set in a historic market hall, with 15 000 sq. m of modern offices. Office spaces will be also located at the entresol of Koszyki Hall. Additionally, there will be over 200 parking places in an underground garage and a public square with ca. 600 sq. m.
