Out of 15 offices located in the Piątkowskiej 116 street there was sold 11, and two were included in preliminary contracts. Among the
purchasers there are: parish office, architectural office and company with office supply. For sale there is service and commercial office on the ground floor with the entrance directly from Piątkowskia street. There wil be branch of BNP Paribas bank. The agreement was signed for 5 years with the possibility for extension.
Total amount of space in building is 1800 sq.meters.It include office space with amount from 60 to 250 sq.meters and service and commercial office with amount 217 sq.meters.
