At the intersection of Piotra Skargi and Kazimierza Wielkiego Streets in Wrocław, the construction works are in full swing. The company Skanska Property Poland, the investor of the office block Dominikański, has just launched the second stage of its largest office project in the capital city of Lower Silesia.
The investment will consist of two buildings (A and B), which are constructed in two stages. The building will offer a total of ca. 40 000 sq. m of rentable area and have seven floors above ground and two underground. The construction works of the part A is more advanced - the underground floors are already finished and the works in the part above ground are in progress. The building A will provide the market with ca. 16 000 sq. m of office and commercial space. It is to be put into use in the second quarter of 2015.
The second part of the investment, offering 24 000 sq. m of space, will be completed in the third quarter of 2015. In February this year, Skanska signed the agreement with the first tenant: the company Deloitte, which will take up 1335 sq. m of space in October 2015. Currently, advanced negotiations with new potential tenants are in progress.
Dominikański is constructed in accordance with the requirements of the environmental certificate LEED. “Green” solutions used in the building include, among others, modern air conditioning and air humidification systems, energy-saving lighting and water-saving fittings.
