The company DTZ started co-operating with SGB Fortune MA, the investor of the Garden Plaza project, located on Elbląska Street in the district of Żoliborz in Warsaw. The general contractor is FB Antczak. The building will be put into use at the beginning of May this year. Our extensive experience of co-operation with developers and general contractors of new investments pays off, and another project implemented in co-operation with the developer shows that our services are the right response to the needs of SGB Fortune MA.
