Construction works on the buildings have already begun. The first office block is to be finished at the end of the first quarter of 2015.
The first building is to have 12 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, while the two of them, which are to be put into use in 2016, will be higher. The combined surface of the buildings will be over 50 000 sq. m. This means that, together with already built block, the office space of Olivia Business Centre will exceed 100 000 sq. m.
The market in the regional cities is certainly not very simple. Olivia Business Centre has already received appropriate scale. Olivia is the business centre for the Gdańsk metropolitan area, and not a single, newly-created building. Constructing new buildings in the last years is basically harmonious and constant growth - ensuring the safe development for our residents and often also for their business partners, cooperating companies, comments the investor, Maciej Grabski.
Since 2010, within the frames of Olivia Business Centre one building a year is put into use and commericialised. Already existing buildings, Olivia Gate, Olivia Point and Olivia Tower, offer almost 41 000 sq.m. The following companies have their offices here: Bayer, PwC, Allianz, Energa, GFKM, Meritum Bank, Noble Bank, Open Finance, PKO BP, SII and Starbucks. In addition, the investment offers a restaurant, a café, bank facilities and, on the 12th floor of the Tower, Olivia Sky Club or conference centre. Medicover Medical Centre, which includes the chemist’s, will also soon be opened.
In March of the current year, the fourth of the office blocks will be put into use - Olivia Four, to which the IT company Playsoft will move.
