Jones Lang LaSalle’s team will take over comprehensive operations and financial management of the Green Day building at the beginning of March this year.

Green Day is being constructed at the intersection of Wyszyńskiego and Szczytnickiej Streets. The office block will offer about 15 000 sq. m of A class office space on six floors and commercial and service space on the ground floor. The users will be able to make use of 224 parking places. The investment has won the Gold pre-certificate in the LEED system. Green Day is to be put into use at the beginning of March 2014, and its main tenant will be Credit Suisse.
