Unidevelopment has started an execution of first commercial investment in a company's history. Laying a foundation stone under new office took place on 13th July at Grzybowska 81 Street in Warsaw.
This investment is a very significant enterprise for us. We want to seize those opportunities on a business development expansion in a commercial property sector - says Piotr Maciąg, Director of commercial market in Unidevelopment.
Grupa 5 is responsible for architectural conception. The general contractor of investment at Grzybowska 81 Street will be UNIBEP SA - company which is the owner of Unidevelopment. The construction is supposed to be ready-made in IV quarter of 2012.
